who ever takes care of the orders is extremly unflexable and a total ***! She wouldnt fix a simple order by changing the address. They shipped to the wrong address even with my notice and then charged my credit card for a restocking fee. Their products are mediocre and can be done with a sewing machine and cheap fabric. I will never order from this company again. Who wants mediocre products with mediocre service? I also bought a bra pouch for bonding with my glider and it didnt even come with hooks to attach to my bra/tshirt, how do they expect me to use it? I ended up tying a string to it and wearing it as a necklace.

I'm sorry you had a bad experience Heather Hard.esty. Had I been informed of the improper address sooner I would have been able to make the appropriate changes or offer a full refund (I was informed of the error aprox 2-3 days AFTER the order was shipped and the day of delivery tracking numbers 9405511201080864977917). After every order placement the website sends an email confirming the order and shipping information to the customer for verification. After every shipment the website and stamps.com sends a shipment confirmation email with the shipment confirmation the shipping address. As a merchant I shipped to the shipping address that was provided on the invoice. It wasn't until after the shipment was sent that I was informed that the wrong address was on the shipping label. As a merchant I shipped to the address that was provided to me. Once a product ships I can not change the address during transit. As for the bra pouch the site clearly states that the clips are not included (click on the items picture or the more details link for a more detailed description of the product).

I offered to give you a refund, but the postage is a service and that is beyond my control.

I double checked the address on the billing statement as well as the card that was used to process the payment. All the addresses provided confirmed the address that I shipped to. Had I been informed of the error before the shipment had went out I would have been happy to change the...

I find it interesting that most of these recent posts come from Jupiter Florida AFTER I made a complaint using pissed consumer regarding a company called EUROPEAN SHEITELS.European Sheitels is run by a Linda Twinkles from Jupiter Florida.

I reported this woman for deceptive business practices as well as misrepresentation so now she is making slanderous and untrue statements using the pissed consumer medium.I am now looking into taking the appropriate legal action as this woman is making untrue statements regarding Sugar Glider Supply because she was upset by my previous complaint regarding her company EUROPEAN SHEITELS.

This complaint is completely unfounded.I made a prior complaint regarding a company by the name of European Sheitels and because of that I now have the woman I made the complaint on making untrue statements regarding Sugar Glider Supply.

The company I filed the complaint on using pissed consumer is one called European Sheitels which is run and owned by a Linda Twinkles from Jupiter Florida. This person has NEVER purchased from my site, not now or in the past. What I do find ironic is that Linda is making up several usernames and claiming that they are from Michigan and her IP is showing her Florida residence. I reported Linda's company EUROPEAN SHEITELS using pissed consumer for deceptive business practices as well as misrepresentation.

Because of that complaint Linda is now making slanderous and untrue statements regarding Sugar Glider Supply.I am now looking into taking the appropriate legal action as this woman is making untrue statements regarding Sugar Glider Supply because she was upset by my previous complaint regarding her company EUROPEAN SHEITELS.

i used to buy from this place too,, yes serina, i know her, she has a puppy mill too.did you know that, her and her friend, (she says it was her friend, but they both ran this puppy mill together , doing exotic breeding with chi's and poms.

etc.. we had a background check of her, and it revealed horrid things, one day , she emailed my 10 year old daughter some very disgusting pictures, she did on accident, however, she then denied doing it... i can provide lots more documentation, i will ask my husband to pull it up.

WOW, you do not want to order anything from this company. They seem to be a new campany established just this year and when I say they have not had too mush experance in customer service I'm being nice, here are some of the emails I received from the owner when I had a question about what I was to receive in my order. Keep in mind all of this was over a 20 cent empty plastic spray bottle I "mistaking" thought was to come with some cleaning solution.

know what I packed. The inventory and the shipping weight wasn't adding up to what your were telling me . All I did was quote you based on your email's, nothing more. I caught you which is why you are getting on the defensive. As far as coming back I don't want your business, as your email's contradict themselves. I already blocked your card for future transactions. I reserve the right to refuse service and I am reserving that right. Your card has been blocked and I have put you on a do not sell list.

In your prior email's you stated the following:

' I should have received one solution bottle and I did'

'the spray nozle was inclued but the bottle was not'

Nozzle (that is too large for the small solution bottle)'

After the solution couldn't be claimed as missing you tell me and I quote 'I'm missing the empty spray bottle'. THERE IS NO MISSING SPRAY BOTTLE. Nor does the description read that it comes with one.

You stated and I quote ' According to your website I should have received one solution bottle and I did, and one spray bottle' that was an outright lie as the item description does not state that anywhere.

Your email's and statements contradict themselves. Therefore I WANT you to take your business elsewhere.

However Kate I never stated to you that the reason I don't have my phone number listed on site is because 'I don't have time with school and all to deal with people' as that statement is not true.

The reason you wanted my number was to place an order by phone which I can not do, as my merchant account is set up for internet orders only.A lot of businesses now use email as their preferred form of communication, and I always do my best to answer and address customer concerns as quickly as possible.

I tried contacting this company for a phone number and got an answer of I don't give it out as I don't have time with school and all to deal with people. If you own a business you need to list a phone number in case there are problems, emails don't work and can be easily ignored or blocked. I would recommend not doing business with a comapany if they refuse to speak personally to you

I would like to begin by saying that Jessica is not my employee nor has she ever been an employee of Sugar Glider Supply. That said I did not rush to cause any accusations against Trena when she placed an order to sugarglidersupply.com. The first email that I sent I asked her to ’check again’ when her original claim was that all she was sent was and I qoute (and I do have all the original emails from the client) ’I just received the below order and the spray nozle was inclued but the bottle was not.‘

I thought that I had possibly made a mistake with the order, and originally gave Trena the benefit of the doubt. I double checked the admin panel and it correlated with the stock I had in the admin panel. I then checked the shipping weight of the items of the rest of Trean’s order without having the solution bottle added to it. The order was under 13 ounces and could have been sent out first class. Trena’s order went out as a priority mail shipment with the weight of 2 pounds tracking numbers: 9101010521297953865055 .

Trena then changed her story againt claiming that the site stated without question and I qoute ’According to your website I should have received one solution bottle and I did, and one spray bottle and I did not receive the spray bottle I have the spray nozzle (that is too large for the small solution bottle) so I'm missing the empty spray bottle. ‘

I told her that I had packed her order that day. Trena had stated in...

The emails regarding Trena’s order went on for almost 2 days even though Trena makes it appear as though I lashed right at her and made accusations against her, which is not the case. Only after I was able to compare the statements of the emails with the shipping weight was I able to come to the conclusion that the customer was not being upfront with me. If I had known that I had made a mistake on my part I would have given Trena the option of either a full refund on the solution, or I would have sent her the solution at my own expense. The shipping weight was the unbiased proof that I had to validate that Trena did in fact get the solution that she placed with her original order. Based on the emails I had from the customer I felt I had no other option than to stop her from making future purchases. Towards the end I got personal with the situation instead of looking at it from an objective point of view. From a business standpoint I did the best I could to do a thorough investigation. After I told Trena the results of the investigation I let my emotions get the best of me and for that I apologize.

Ummmmmmmmmmmm, actually I have no connection whatsoever to this place.I have an alert set up through Google with the term \"sugar glider\" so I get search results sent to my email daily with sugar glider stuff.

THIS LINK came up in my email as a search result, so I clicked on it, as I do to any interesting links that I don\'t recognize that contain my search criteria. I have NO idea how you came to that conclusion darling Shyneisa, but I\'m not even in the same part of the country as this company!!!!!!!!!!! I contacted the owner through her website email, which is publicy listed on her site, and directed her to this link. I got the ACTUAL story, and this customer is NOT telling the truth.

Appears to be. However I would like to know more about the contradictions that the vendor was referring to, because it sounds as though the email presented wasn't the only correspondence with this merchant based on that comment.

There is a reason that the vendor double checked the inventory and shipping weight. My point is based on the comment above we don't have all the correspondences that led up to the email that we are all seeing now, if this email is in fact the orginal.

I know if someone were appearing to rip me off I would be upset to, we all would be. I am not saying that any one side is right, I believe that the issue is a miscommunication and am trying to be objective.

On that note why wasn't the question asked about the product before the purchase was made?Seems to me that it would have saved a whole lot of headache if the question about the product was asked before the purchase was made.

Sounds like both sides let a misunderstanding get out of control.I can say it should have been the company’s responsibility to keep it under control.

The picture I found had a like gallon sized bottle of this cleaner and two spray bottles next to it.

It gave the appearance that the cleaner should be maybe mixed with water or something.So the description doesn’t say the extra empty bottle comes with it or not it also didn’t say it would come with the separate spray nozzle but it does….

I guess I am seeing this issue from both sides.If the product or solution is/was the issue and the product didn't give any reference to an additional spray bottle then even I would think that the customer was trying to get something for nothing.

If that was the case then wouldn't the bottle be referring to the solution itself? From that viewpoint the shipping weight busted the customer because it proved that the product WAS shipped........ just a thought. I don't know this whole ordeal sounds like a miscommunication on both sides.

As far as group photos I am unsure what that means or how that relates but there appears to be a more detailed description of each item if you click either the link or product photo.

I wanted to look to see if there was something mentioned other than the solution itself.All I can say is I don't see anything in reference to a free spray bottle with purchase.

I looked around some on this site and was not impressed.When you shop for sungies you need as much detail as you can about what you’re buying.

This site doesn’t give much description and uses group photos for different products I could see how one would be confused.Not sure about the service didn’t by nothing, glad about that I guess

My point is I worked in a customer service field many years ago and I would have went in every other possible direction before accusing a customer of being dishonest in anyway. This not a new company; they've been around for a while now and I've never heard one bad thing about them. Honestly, from reading your emails, it sounds like you didn't read the description carefully and got ridiculous over YOUR mistake. Also, I do have to wonder what the owner is referring to when she says the weight of the box was not matching up to your order and you were getting defensive because you hot caught....hmmmmmmm..........
